What information this site collects, and how it's used.
Last updated: September 2026
The only personal information collected through this site is what you submit voluntarily through the contact form on the Contact page: your name, organisation, email address, sector, subject, and message. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not use cookies beyond what's strictly required for the site to function.
The contact form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form-delivery service, which forwards your submission to our email address. Formspree's own privacy practices govern the brief handling of your submission in transit; we do not share your submission with any other third party.
We don't use your information for marketing, and we don't sell or share it with anyone.
We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to it and maintain a record of the engagement, and delete it on request.
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Contact tony@port254.com for any of these requests.
If this policy changes materially, the update date above will change accordingly.
